We also like to reward our current customers for choosing to join LifeConnect24. So to combine the two we would like to tell you about our refer a friend scheme.
Refer a Friend
If you are an existing customer who know’s somebody that could benefit from the services we provide, then now is the time to let them know. If your friends or family members seem interested in a personal alarm then its all systems go.
Simply ask them to quote your name when they make their order and we will send you a £15 M&S voucher as a thank-you. Your friend or family member will also receive the same voucher for listening to your brilliant advice.
The Personal Alarm
Our emergency alert system is easy to install and simple to use – making it the ideal device for the elderly or disabled. In the box you will receive the alarm base unit – which you simply plug into your phone socket – and your pendant.
The pendant can be worn around your neck or wrist depending on your preference. Once the setup is complete you can do a test call with our 24/7 TSA Accredited Response Team.
Any time you feel you need assistance due to a health problem, or if you have a fall, then all you need to do is to press the big red button on your emergency pendant – which sends an alert to the Response Team. They will communicate with you over the base unit’s loudspeaker system to assess the situation before contacting one of your selected emergency contacts.
They will also contact the emergency services for you if they are required.
The personal alarms are available on three different price plans so you can choose the one which best suits your financial situation. You have the choice of our Annual Plan, Monthly Plan and the Lifetime Plan.
How to Order
There are two ways to order your personal alarm with Lifeline24; either through our website or over the phone with a member of our friendly sales team.
The number you need to call is 0800 999 0400. Our office is open from 8:30am-6pm, Monday to Friday and between 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
If you make your order before 5.30pm you will receive your personal alarm the next working day – FOR FREE!
