TEC Services Association
The Telecare Services Association are the industry and standards body for telecare and telehealth in the UK. Their quality control measures are user-centred and were developed with the help of government and industry experts from the Department of Health. Code of Conduct
Choosing a telecare provider with TSA membership means they must comply with their code of conduct. This means they must:
